Admissions to our school

We admit children to our school in September into Reception class and Year 3. Applications for these places at Great Bookham School should be made to Surrey County Council by January in the year of entry.

Admissions to our school during the school year

If you would like to move your child to Great Bookham School from another school during the school year, please download and complete our SMA in-year admission form and submit, with supporting documentation where necessary, either in electronic form to info.gbs@sfet.org.uk or by hand to:
