We aim to develop the expression of feelings, thoughts and ideas by ordering sounds, images and movements into forms, which symbolise and interpret the children's personal experiences and their understanding and perception of the wider world.

Excellence is encouraged in the Arts through - whole school involvement in one of the Christmas performances, major music, drama and dance production in the summer term and class assemblies.

We have a flourishing choir who give regular concerts not only in school but also in the wider community. A variety of music tuition is available from our instrumental teachers, and a large number of children across the school receive tuition.
